Fit Kids 4 Life is a fun and comprehensive overall fitness training and sports conditioning program. It is designed for kids & teens to incorporate strength, cardiovascular, and resistance training, including balance, coordination, stretching, and basic nutrition tips (upon parent's request).

Kids/teens will learn exercise techniques which can be done with little or no equipment. Proper form will be taught to reduce the risk of injury and to attain maximum results, as well as exercises and stretches to improve
flexibility. Participants will also learn how a physically healthy body will help to lower the risk for developing future chronic diseases such as heart disease, type II Diabetes and high blood pressure . Most importantly, your child will learn how to build healthy habits 4 life.
